Unbelievable location in the heart of Tuscany, close to Florence and Chianti village. Architecturally stunning buildings and breathtaking gardens. Cozy fireplace dinners with exceptional food. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff who respond promptly to emails. Relaxing stay with authentic charm, perfect for families with children. Clean and spacious rooms with picturesque valley views. Tasty breakfast. Beautifully maintained grounds with a large pool and stunning views. Delicious restaurant food in a lovely courtyard.

Villa Barberino was wonderful. View from Villa outstanding.
In a very remote location, with very few restaurants near by. Normally, I would not care. However, a private party booked the entire restaurant during one night of our stay, which forced us to find something else. Choices were slim to none.

Beautiful inside but located near an industrial area- can feel the air polution. The superior room is great but the classical rooms are horrible with no air condition or a window. there are many nice villas in Toscana- Do not choose this one!
There are flees in some rooms. Not a 4 star hotel and doesn't worth the money. The classic room is with no window.. The restorant is expensive.

Rural location with proffesionalism and luxury, stunning views. Great food and wine. Fantastic pool area. Excelent staff - very friendly, customer orientated, not just to pull more money from the guests.. Great value for money..

Pretty setting but pictures on site are mostly of the private owners facility and not what you will be seeing. The apartment was very large. However, due to the fact that 3 of 4 walls were underground, very cold and damp. Sheets fealt wet. Heat was not turned on until second night. Breakfast very limited and rediculous at 8 euros per person.

Great old villa with a well kept garden. Cozy and spacious room. Really good price and friendly staff.
One the back side of the city where the villa is located is a big power plant which draws down on the overall experience of this gret old villa.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the modern comforts we needed. The location was picturesque and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
The only small improvement would be to have a wider selection of breakfast items.

We appreciated the peace and tranquility of the village setting with its ample grounds and the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food.
The noisiness of the large groups with children in the restaurant at dinner

The appearance of the renovation was great.
it was all rather disappointing, poorly equipped apartment, no cleaning and some listed items (cot/highchair) not available. They seemed to have lost the will to maintain the standard they set out to achieve and there was no indication that by choosing apartment as your room type you would receive a lesser standard of service. Meleto is far from the idyllic Tuscan town and has little to offer the travelling person/group/family whilst i have to return to the exact same venue fro a conference in November i will not be staying at the Villa Barberino.

I recently stayed at Villa Barberino for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the brand new pool with its stunning view of the Tuscan hills was the perfect spot to unwind. The villa's authentic style made me feel like I was in a movie, and dining on the idyllic patio was like a dream. The spacious apartments had two bathtubs and two private terraces with incredible views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a delightful restaurant and fantastic views all around. The parking was ample and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful little cottage-like unit, overlooking a valley. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food delicious, the peace and quiet most welcome after a few days in Rome. I would highly recommend Villa Barberino and would like very much to return someday.
